I'm a mortgage broker in LI, NY. I'm looking to network with a couple real estate agents in the LI, Kings, Queens, or Bronx areas.
I plan to put together a free homebuyers seminar. We'll pack at least 50 prospects into a room, I'll show them how they may be able to afford a home while you teach them how you can find them the house of their dreams.
I also have a system for finding motivated sellers to pack your pipeline, which I may teach to the right people.

I live in Bronx New York. I believe most of the courses are in Manhattan, New York. I would like to know how to get started because i am really interested in getting a real estate license. I would really like to receive responses from persons who have been there, done that so that i know what steps to take to get started. Please also include costs.

I'm a first time buyer and am looking for something simple for my bf and I. I'd like it to be in one of the 5 boroughs because I'm going to school in Manhattan and am currently paying out of state tuition which is three times the amount of a resident. A safe neighborhood is very important to me as well. I'm not sure where to start looking. I thought maybe North Bronx might be decent. Any suggestions people? Thanks.
